We have included multiple resources to explore, with the exception of medication assisted treatment centers as there are plenty of those resources available. While we whole heartedly believe in the traditional methods for recovery we feel not enough attention has been given to the biochemical approach to recovery. We aim to give you the resources to do more research to see if a holistic approach can work for you.
Remember, it’s not either/or – many people opt to supplement their recovery path with meditation, yoga, exercise, nutrition and supplements. Everything works better when your body and brain is in balance!
